What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours for most services including Image Enhancement, Day to Dusk, and Floor Plans. Virtual Staging and more complex edits typically take 48 hours.
Do you require a monthly subscription?
No! We operate on a strictly pay-as-you-go model. You only pay for the images you need edited, with no hidden fees or lock-in contracts.
Do you offer revisions if I'm not happy?
Absolutely. We offer unlimited free revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final result. If an edit isn't quite right, just let us know and we will fix it immediately.
How do I send my photos to you?
You can use the Free Sample drag-and-drop tool on our homepage for your first image, or simply email your photos directly to editing@thaimaimages.com. We accept Dropbox, Google Drive, and WeTransfer links for large batches.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept all standard image formats including RAW, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. For the best possible editing results (especially for HDR blending), we recommend sending RAW files.
