1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with ThaimaImages ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional real estate photo editing services including but not limited to: image enhancement, day-to-dusk conversion, virtual staging, item removal, floor plan redraws, 360° virtual tour editing, and architectural renders.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from receipt of files. Complex orders (virtual staging, 3D renders) may require 48–72 hours. We will notify you of any delays. Turnaround times are not guaranteed for rush or holiday periods.
4. File Submission
Clients are responsible for submitting files in the formats requested (JPG, PNG, RAW). Files should be free of any copyright restrictions. We accept no liability for work completed on files submitted without proper rights.
5. Revisions
We offer unlimited minor revisions within 7 days of delivery. Major changes that significantly alter the original brief may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted by email with clear instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the edited images. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display edited images in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
ThaimaImages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
